With over 10 years of creative and branding experience in the beauty industry, Tiffany has worked on many well known beauty and skincare brands, on both the mass and prestige side.
In 2013, Tiffany joined e.l.f. Cosmetics as a packaging designer at a time when the brand was just entering big box stores like Target and Walmart. With a prestige look and feel, in a mass market, the brand had found a successful white space. As the company saw growth year after year, so did Tiffany as she became the Visual Merchandising design lead overseeing the visual identity in stores for over 24’ in Target in 2016 as well as single handedly designed the revamp of the e.l.f brick and mortar stores.
in March of 2017, Tiffany joined Coty as they acquired Covergirl from Proctor & Gamble. As the Senior Design Manager, Tiffany was asked to take a deep dive into transforming the 360 vision of the Iconic brand. From packaging and visual merchandising to developing visuals for the Covergirl Brick and Mortar store in time square, she was able to really modernize the brand and challenge it to speak to younger and diverse consumers.
In 2018, Tiffany teamed up with the founders of e.l.f. Cosmetics as they dove back into the beauty world opening AS Beauty Group. Tiffany became the Creative Director of the AS Beauty Group’s aquired brands, Laura Geller, Bliss Skincare, Mally Beauty, Cover FX and Julep Beauty. As the company has seen success from the start, Tiffany now oversees a team of 25 and spends everyday building out the visual identity of these brands.
In addition, she also works at the founder’s sister company, Capture Accessories where she is the VP, of Creative overseeing men’s personal care and women’s Spa Accessories. These products are licensed under brands such as Eddie Bauer, Schick, Fila, Cremo and Bliss.
Tiffany absolutely loves all aspects of defining a customer base and creating a visual identity for all touchpoints. She oversees all visuals from packaging, photography, UX/UI design, digital design, video, retouching, copywriting and visual merchandising.
